I took KnackForge from a 20-person startup to a 170+ person multinational across the U.S. and India, built a nationwide ISP sized for 750,000 customers, and migrated more than a million customers across complex networks without dropping service.
What I care most about is people. I lead with a servant-leadership approach, and many of the engineers I hired and mentored stayed with me 15+ years and consistently rated me highly as a leader. An experienced international traveler, I've worked across Latin America, Europe, and India — though I've always called Texas home.

Directed 75+ engineers building a complete nationwide ISP for 750,000 customers — 10-Gig backbone, 1M-mailbox mail, robust DNS/DHCP, and a seamless cutover.
Helped design, build, and migrate over a million customers off the @Home network after its bankruptcy, earning the highest corporate award Cox had ever given.
Packaged and presented the technology story to buyers in the data room for a region of Cox cable systems that sold for more than $2.5 billion.
Led the team that took a first-responder drone and its autonomous launch-and-charge port from design to first flight — real-time control software with OpenCV AI vision and live video in transit.
Led development of AI-based software for a surgical medical device — concept through validation in a live-animal study.
Architected the software and infrastructure behind an automotive marketplace importing 2M listings daily across redundant data centers and AWS.
Deployed cable-modem internet across early systems and wrote the custom billing and provisioning software — parts still in use today.
